Green Zero-Carbon Pollution-Free Power plant:
RTE can be simply direct co-axially connected to a motor/generator to form a medium-sized generator (100KW-500KW), multiple RTEs can be coaxially connected to several generator/ motors to form a large generator (500KW-3MW), and a large number of RTE large generators can form a large-scale Power Plant (20MW-480MW).

RTE Green Zero-carbon Pollution-free Power Plant has the following features:
• Over 100% reliability: because it consists of large number of RTEGEN-3MW generators, many for spare or for maintenance,
• No need for the vulnerable Power-Grid, for electricity transmission nor distribution,
• AI (artificial intelligence) power plants: generate electricity only for needs, instant moderation,
• High efficiency ICE (internal combustion engine): 50-75%+ thermal efficiency,
• No need for a large water-cooling system, (cooling with a small car radiator/fan),
• Low cost, small real-estate footprint,
• Direct drop on the existing Sub-station near the city or place near the heavy industrial areas.
• No transmission lines (6-10% loss), nor step-up/step-down transformers are needed.
• 1/3-1/4 of the cost of an offshore wind turbine plant. (Target $33-50 per MWh)
• Zero-carbon Pollution-free Power Plant: The exhaust pipes of the RTE generator are connected with a catalytic converter (filter out most of the toxic gases) , and greenhouses are built near the power plant to grow vegetables, and the carbon dioxide emitted from the power-plant is to input into the greenhouses. The vegetables can grow 3 times as faster (lit LED lights in the night) as an extra income. While the releasing oxygen from the greenhouses is a bonus to the environment. (Photosynthesis: carbon dioxide, water and sunlight/LED-light are used to make vegetables, fruits and trees and releasing oxygen)
• Primary fuel is gasoline, with LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) as the alternate fuel, RTE Generators/Power-Plants can be run virtually forever without re-fuel.
